PB2 Banana Shake

Yields 1 serving | Prep/Cook Time: 10 minutes


  • 1 cup Spartan Skim Milk
  • 1 small banana, sliced, frozen
  • 2 Tbsp. PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter (found in peanut butter aisle)
  • 2 tsp. Spartan Sugar Substitute
  • 2-4 ice cubes, depending on size


Combine ingredients in blender and puree until smooth.
